ISSB Test Complete Guide

ISSB stands for Inter Service Selection Board. ISSB test is mandatory for the recruitment of Officer in the Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, and Pakistan Airforce. It is very important to test. First Impressions

You have already heard that "the first impression is the last impression". Most of the people make a decision about you in the first few seconds of meeting. According to the successful candidates, your impressions are divided into three parts, which are as follow:

  3. Body Language      (70%)

Techniques for Interview

During the interview, the interviewer will assess, if you are the right person for the forces or not. This interview will also be a good chance for you to assess yourself, either you consider yourself fit for the forces or not. During the interview try to lead the conversion, and ask your questions if you have any. The discussion should reflect that you like the forces and really want to join. Stay focused during the interview and listen to the interviewer very carefully.
